Nokia 6165i Fell Out of Pocket

I own a Nokia, Model 6165i.

My problem is my phone fell out of my pocket and hit the floor pretty hard. I looked at my phone and thought everything was ok. But when I press any button the left side of my keypad (1, 4, 7, and the *) it doesnt work. The 7 does if i press down hard enough on it? Can somebody tell me whats going on with me phone? and how can i fix this?

i'm not quite acquaint with your problems ,my knowledge of phone is so limited .sorry that i can't give you some useful suggestions .but you can ask the mender to fix it .they can solve all your puzzles .please be careful next time.

something was def messed up when you dropped the phone. I would take it into your service provider and get it fixed or replaced.
