Nokia announced Wednesday that it is investing in a company, based in California. People are already allowed to use Obopay to make payments to one another by text message in the United States and India, which allows funds drawn from bank accounts and credit cards that are registered to the mobile phone. General Funds is what Nokia invested in with Obopay, not from it's capital division.
