How to reformat a nokia 7210 supernova

I just want to know how to reformat a nokia 7210 supernova using a personal computer because i did almost all of the ways on reformatting the cp using the codes and system restore but it failed... i think the virus bad cause it makes some items in my phone memory as a system file so i can't delete it... nid help plz!...

You cannot reformat it you should install the software new version corresponding to the manufacturer
