Entering asterisk (Star) enable NOKIA 5800 PIN and password

in my NOKIA 5800 mobile phone are not enabled in the PIN input at the start of the mobile Wikipedia (Star), is always the number that is entered.

The same is also the password while surfing. Instead of the secure entry - by you can see the Wikipedia (Star) - you can see the letters, numbers, etc.

Where can you change these settings on your mobile phone?

I have already requested for NOKIA by email, but for days waiting for a response.
