security code nokia c7

hello everyone
after a bluetooth cnx with win8 pc in my nokia c7 is blocked
I restarted it asks me for a security code!!
I tried 12345 but it did not work
ideas can be?!!

There is only one idea and that idea is you should go to mobile repair shop.

I do believe that your camera is ruined and the only solution is to have it repaired. The hast thou done?
