Transfer Audio Files on a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC storage
- Transfer the desired files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device”
- Tap “Sound & Notification”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
- Optionally, turn “Also vibrate for calls” ON or OFF
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts located on the SIM card or the device’s internal memory.
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Launch “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device”
- Tap “Sound & Notification”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the desired notification ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm
