i don't know how to get the tones on my phone, my phone has the internet though, so do i use that to get free ringtones?

think there are many ringtones in this site... go to the ringtones column and there are plenty... i usually visit this site coz it's updated often and have a huge gallery...

You can also use the DKU-5 cable from Nokia. With the PC Suite from Nokia, you can covert midi files into ringtones, and transfer them over the cable. I do this with my 3586i.

Actually a good source of polytones is the users pages on tagtag. Just wap to
http://tagag.com/
If you want to browse the index of users pages though you need a normal browser and a pc (same address.)
Another one is yahoogroups. Make a search with nokia or the name of your phone and join some...
And of course this site looks really good!

or do a search on kazaa and upload the tune to a website and then point your cell to that addy and download it from there.

Yeah, I'm paranoid about all those WAP sites so I just go to regular sites, save a midi, edit it and upload it to my own webspace.

i know that my 3595 supports general midi, but only 4 channels. i get a lot of stuff off of www.vgmusic.com, but sometimes i have to edit the midi to get it down to 4 channels.
