Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Android phone to your computer via USB
- Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the desired audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
- After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Sound & Notification” under “Device”
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK”
- Optionally, you can enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”
Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the contact you want to change
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK” to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Sound & Notification” under “Device”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the notification sound to use
- Tap “OK” to confirm
