i am a proud owner of panasonic phone GD88... however, i desperately need to convert .amr file (file that is for recording voice) to .mid file.......

all i manage to do is to change it to a .wav file.... but it is way too big as 50 kb is the max... can anyone help me? i really appreciate it...
