I received my 3rd Droid 2 in 1 year. The phones have never been dropped or gotten wet. My most recent phone arrived 01/26/12.
The problems have all been the same and I started keeping a log. Since that date, the phone has had some type of unacceptable
failure 19 times.

It often crashes and reboots with an incoming call.
The home screen rearranges itself and becomes unresponsive.
When activating the hotspot, icon will disappear and signal will fail.
The "button" on the bottom right of the home screen that normally brings up all the phone's apps and tools, will only bring up
one icon...the most recently used and I cannot find the others.
Calls and 3G fail in areas that should have full signal (downtown Lexington, KY)
Phone arbitrarily will go into data roaming..even tho I have data roaming turned off.
Any incoming will interrupt 3G hotspot..even a text, call, update, e-mail, etc.

The phone (@ Verizon's request) has the battery removed once a week. Updates are auto enabled. Phone status is set to
CDMA rather than Global. Since this is a work phone, I have NO aftermarket apps. Everything that can be stored on the
card, is. (Rather than taking the phones internal memory).
