develop so fast that even Galaxy S4 will be morally depreciated very
soon.

Since the SIII is so cheap, I would just get it now. If you want to wait you're probably going to end up paying a lot more.

Phone turnover is generally very fast, but I wouldn't expect the S4 for at least another 4-6 months. The SIII is still doing very well as far as sales.
