V 400 and Mobile Phone tools

Anybody having trouble downloading pictures from the v 400 to your computer
using Mobile Phone Tools 2.20. Get an Error mess(Error on line 7, position
26) Any HELP OUT THERE!! Motorola says They have no idea.

I've only had trouble when trying to download too large of an mp3, no
problem with pictures. There may be an upper end limit on photo size...
