    With its marked insertion arrows, it was easy enough for me to
    put in the SIM card and then the MicroSD memory card. Now I want
    to take them out, but I don't see any mark or any machenism to
    push out the two things.

    It's such a frustration to learn to use these new gadgets. Help
    please. Thanks.

    In the V3xx they just slide out from friction when pushed with a
    fingertip (SIM) or fingernail (microSD). My guess(tm) is the Z3 is
    similar.
