Anyway to get pics from camera phone to computer w/o iRDA or Bluetooth?

Just what the subject says... I have a SE T616 that has some pretty cool
pictures on it, I'm wondering how I can get them to my computer. Is there
anyway?

Email them to yourself through phone or purchase the cable to hook between
your phone and computer (serial and USB both available).
