    *61*(your service center number)**30#

Service center number not in "( )" of course, and replace the 30 with the
number of seconds you want it to ring.

30 is the maximum though. It goes from 5 to 30 seconds in 5 second
    increments.

It should list a number at the bottom of that message. That is the number
you need to use for the other command to set ring time until forward to
    voicemail.

Or actually, just re-read your post. Since you have forwarding to voice mail
cancelled, it probably doesn't give you the number. First enable forwarding
    to voice mail.

No, it seems like dialing the instructed sequence cancelled my call
forwarding to voice mail. I'm interested in the sequence that restores
    it!!

That sequence doesn't cancel the forwarding, it just returns a status
message as to the state of it. The easiest way to re-enable without having
the list of GSM codes sitting in front of you would be to simply do it
through the phone options ( when you press the 'get status' button in the
menu, your handset is actually just sending the "*#67#" code to the tower).
At any rate, to activate forwarding when busy, "**67*number#". Alternately,
just use the menu to let the phone forward that code for you. This may help
    in the future:
