I have a Sony Ericsson T306 that I am about to have unlocked so I can
use it abroad with SIM cards from the various countries I will be
visiting. It's a triband phone with 800/850,1800, and 1900. I need
confirmation that these bands are compatible with the GSM networks in
Western and Central Europe. Please let me know if this phone, when
unlocked, will work properly in this situation. Many thanks.

We use 900/1800 over here, so you should not have any problems.
