OK looked on howards forum but cant see an answer to this so thought I'd
ask....
Basically, once I've downloaded a java game [for my T610] onto the pc is
there any emulator that
allows the game to be tried before sending to my handset via IR ?
been googling for a solution also but no luck :-(

The tools should be available from the java section of
developer.sonyericsson.com

Not entirely sure what you need just to emulate.
The J2ME SDK and phone emulator would be my guess... just the phone emulator
might do it.
I'm looking at it now.
