I just bought a new k500i.I am having problems connecting it to my pc eventhough I have the required configuration of the pc(XP,512MB ram,Disk space etc).
When I use the DCU11 cable it shows the folders in my phone- photos,videos,themes..etc but when I try to open them it gives an "unexpected error" and aborts.
Do I have to opt for the infrared medium instead?
Which is better-cable or infrared?
Please help me out with this.
