T39 s/w upgrade reqd. (U.K.)

I have been given a T39 with the intermittent "no network" bug.
I need to get it re-flashed either locally or postally.
I live in the Beds/Herts/Bucks/N.London area.
Any offers or recommendations?

No, and there won't be. 70 hrs standy bug was a SW issue that
could be solved with a SW update, wile no network bug is a
hardware problem. There are repair instructions on the web
(including pics), the solution is a small piece of paper to be
introduced between some internal strata of the phone. Don't ask me
for details, because I have two left hands, but I remember having
seen photos on the web.
