is there a phonebook editor for PC (Win XP) to editing the phonebook (and
contacts and so on ..?) from P910i ?

unfortunatelly FMA is not working with symbian phones, i tried with p910

Try MyPhoneExplorer. It's free and it works a treat on my SE K750i.
