Want to store/load data on w800i at any/other computers. is this
possible without installing a special driver (similar to MP3 players /
memory sticks / ...) ?

Yes and no. No for the internal memory. And also No for Windows. Yes
for the Memorystick with Linux (at least with 2.6 kernel).
Go, get a card reader for easy plug'n'play.

That's not very good for portability... although you can get card-type
specific USB drives not much bigger than the included DSU-60 cable for the
k750i. Keep in mind you can copy things to the external memory then copy it
to the phone via the in-phone menus.
