sony ericsson k700i how to import wab contacts?

I can't find way out. My phonebook is round 170 contacts it's wab file.
How can I upload this contacts to sony ericsson k700i? Do you know any
software? I tried with floAt's Mobile Agent but I found just posibility
to add one contact for one time with vcf (vCard).... I don't want to do
this 170 times :|

You can import the wab file into Outlook express (create a seperate address
book file for the phone so they don't get mixed up with the rest of the
addresses) then use the Sony Sync Station software that came with the phone.
