    Hi,
Sony Ericsson phones report total call time in the hidden menu which
    is activates by: >*<<*<*.
I've tested several phones (new and used) but none of the reported
    this value = 0 !
The new (as claimed by the seller) phones all reported call times
about 2 hours. The seller says that this amount is due to the factory
    tests.
    Is it true !?
How accurate the values in the hidden menu are ?

Go to a car dealer and take a look at the new cars. None of them
will have a 000000 readout at the kilometer/miles counter.

You can check the accuracy by measuring it. Make a phone call of 60,
120, 180, 240 and 300 seconds exactly and monitor the call time after
    each call.

    Regards,

    Eilko.

It's absolutely not true! The counter is allways set to zero when
    leaving the factory.

They are very accurate. Why shouldn't they be? It's very easy to
    design an accurate counter.
