I've had the upgrade done and found exactly the same. Version R1G001.
I wonder if you ask for the T300 to be upgraded to the lastest
firmware for the T310 if that would do it - that's if anywhere will
actually do that for you.
Anyone will to give it a go? I would but it's a several hour drive to
the nearest service centre and I've only just been this weekend.
