Any recomendations for free pop3 email?

I need a new free pop3 email account. Can anyone recommend anyone?

I'm currently with Hotpop, but they seem to deliver my emails very
irregularly to the point where I don't even know if any are getting through.

I have also just signed up with Redmail.com.au, but am waiting approval.

SO, is there anyone that you can recommend who is very reliable and user
friendly?
