    I see the P900 has a "Flight mode" which I guess switches off the RF,
    the N-Gage too. What about existing phones such as the T610? Divert
    Always still seems to have the RF on & can presumably still receive SMS.

    T610 does not have a flight mode.

    Yes, isn't that what I just said? It seems that the manufacturers
    haven't realised phones have non-call functions until now! Flight mode
    or Nokia's profile may or may not switch off sounds from the internal
    speaker(s) as well.
