    I have a moto c343 (Cricket Wireless)

I purchased a data cable on ebay, and "acquired" moto PhoneTools 2.20.
Everything works, winxp finds my phone, PhoneTools recognizes it as a c343,
but in the menu in PhoneTools the MultiMedia Center button is not displayed.
I went into the Program Files folder and launched the MMCenter.exe file. It
opened, but when I try to transfer a file (graphic, ringtone) to the phone I
    get an error.

I was wondering if this is a driver issue, or if my c343 is locked out by
    Cricket or something.

I can successfully synchronize contacts and the calender, and use other
mobile PhoneTools functions, but the MMCenter doesn't work.

    Thanks

    -T
