Removing Carrier Name from Screen on VXXX

Is there a way to remove the carrier name from motorola phones on the
screen. The name just gets in the way of the picture (lol) and also the
date is right under the carrier name. Is there a way to remove it also,
maybe to another part of the screen (lower left of the time). I have the
V400 and V220. Thanks in advance.

You need a data cable and PK2Man software along with a hex editor. You can
edit seem 0032_0001 (offset 41) to remove the carrier name. The date will
notbe centered or left justified (somewhere in between).
