I will be traveling to Quebec, Canada next month, and was wondering,
what kind of service, if any I can expect.
Will I be able to use direct connect, how about phone service, I do
not have the Nation wide direct connect service.

You'll pay normal airtime...but 20c/min long distance for any incoming
calls, and any outgoing calls outside the area you're in (e.g,. if
you're in Montreal, you'll pay LD for calls to Toronto or back to the
US.)
