Importing ringtones and wallpaper to i730

Just got my i730 and I'm new to Nextel.

If I purchase a USB data cable, what do I obtain the software to create a
phonebook, import wallpaper and ringtones?

I am trying to find the same! the 730 is capable of wav and mp3
ringtones! Does that not mean , we can upload our own ringtones??

Where is the software for that?

You need a wave file editor to create your own.
