I was in the Staples Store in Plaistow NH where it was on display. I can go
back tomorrow as it is a few minutes away and can find out all the details
and post back tomorrow afternoon.

I spoke to Staples on the phone and they indicated that they do not sell
cell phones online. The i730 is available in all stores as far as 'he' knew
and have a half dozen in stock at my local branch for the price indicated
$149.00

The $149 price is available almost everywhere, even from Nextel.com,
however, that is WITH a CONTRACT and for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY!!!

The person I spoke to on the phone at Staples said there was no need to
sign a new contract and I could use it with the contract I already had. I
will be in the store tomorrow anyway so I will definitely see what they have
to say in person. You are probably right though.
