    Hi,
I am trying to install Phone Book Manager on an XP machine and get the
    following message:
"One or more files did not properly self-register."
Following file did not self register
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msexch35.dll
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I get this message twice. I select OK instead of cancel at this message, and
it seems to complete the installation.

Prior to this, I did install USB Installation.exe.
When I try to run the program, I can't get past the test for a usb connection
    under "Options".

Now, I tried to install the same thing on my laptop running Windows98, and I
get the same message. The phone I am tring to hook up to is an i530 Motorola.

I also tried to install "Companion Pro" on the XP machine, but when I go to
the option menu there, it will not even let me select the USB option.

    HEEEEEEEELP Please.. Thanks......Ed

    Re: Phone Book Manager Problem

I am also having similar problems. Mine seemed to register O.K. Same
software and phone. I got my addresses downloaded once and after that I
can't get it to communicate with the phone. Using an XP machine. I'm also
    open to advice.
