Expansion Rack

The area I live in Florida the service at my house keeps going to fast busy,
spoke with the engineers & they keep saying the same part on the tower keeps
going bad, the expansion rack. Seems they can't get it right as they replace
that part & 2 days to 2 weeks later it goes bad again. Happened again before
the weekend so the repair people don't work on weekends so won't be fixed
until maybe Tuesday. Nextel is unreal!!!

An expansion rack is just a "rack" in a site that the equipment goes in.
Pretty much impossible for a rack to to go "bad". As for repair people not
working weekends.... field ops is a 24/7/365 position.
