Pat Edwards from Nextel says I would be able to buy an i730 for $55.00 but
just another line of bull from a Nextel. If there even IS such a person I
was supposed to be able to reach her @ 254-534-4748 any old time I needed
anything including the i730 but guess what? No such deal or no one
answering that number and no one at Nextel ever heard of her. Gee it said
Nextel on my caller ID. But I guess just another scam from Nextel.
No surprise.

My Nextel rep's email is his first [email protected] Have you tried
sending an email to this person? Probably as simple as
[email protected]

I have called enough times to feel I am wasting my time. The number is most
likely false as it rings and never connects to anything. No voice mail or
anything like when I call a real Nextel number. I am not sure if I want to
email someone that may or may not be real using my real email address. I am
totally baffled at the cons these Nextel people come up with. People sit
back and defend this and before long phone spam will be rampant. I am
curious what would have happened if I bit her sales pith originally what
would it has have cost me.

FWIW, the number you have specified is indeed a Nextel number. 254-534
is an exchange registered to Nextel Partners Operating Group, in Temple,
TX (Dallas LATA, 552, switch address 1535 W Mockingbird Ln in Dallas).
