I'm trying to get the GPS in my i88s to work with Delorme Topo USA 3.0.
I have a serial cable to my laptop, the phone is set to NMEA out ON, in Topo
USA I have it set for " Generic NMEA" 4800,8,1. When I click start GPS in
Topo USA it says no GPS, I leave it sit for 5-10 minutes, and it still
    doesn't find it.
Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Re: need GPS help

Turned out to be a bad data cable, two bad cables actually. I borrowed one
and it worked, so I went and got a new one and tried it and it didn't work
either, so I took it back and they tested that one and it was bad, they
pulled a new one from the shelf and tested it, and it worked. Took it home
    and it works.
