i have been getting a "memory low" message when i receive my two-way
messages. i have deleted some java apps (which i don't think affect
the same memory), my message inbox is empty, and my email inbox is
empty. my address book is not full. the only thing i would have done
to add to the phone was to download some ring tones.

how can i free up (or expand) my memory? nextel.com doesn't provide
much help here.
