No Service Again!!

Live in Florida in the Punta Gorda area & service still out since yesterday,
they say they are working on it but no confidence as they told me the next
town over at Arcadia has been out 3 days & they are still working on it. Why
the delay of fixing it????

My guess would be a telco problem. I know here in NJ Verizon sucks
