I finialy got my USB cable and I am first trying to get my IDEN CompanionPro
that I downloaded set up. Right now I am running into a problem. I can not
get my phone to connect to the software. I am getting the error that it can
not read the phone when I click the "read phone" button. When I look at my
phone display it states

RSS--SIM
In Session

I do have USB selected in the tools > options menu.


What am I doing wrong or what I should be looking at that I am missing.
When I do the phone book manager software I can get that to work just fine.
