    Re: Ringtone question

I don't see why anyone would pay for a ringtone when there are so many free
midi sites out there. It just requires a little more effort to get them into
the phone via cable or wireless transfer. I have an LG6000 and have never
paid for a single ringtone. I've even created some of my own and shared them
in these newsgroups. Ringtones should be free and with the new technologies,
I see them becoming as easy to share as mp3.

Maybe those places are selling unlicensed ringtones and because they
don't pay licensing fees they don't charge either.

Because all of these websites have trolls like you crossposting your
    advertising garbage to different NGs.

Ahem....that is incorrect. 3GUPLOAD.COM does pay licensing fees; PlanetRingPirate does not however. PlanetRingPirate doesnt even work most of the time:

needless to say, they are disgracing the business.
