6600 MMS lost!

My 6600 has stopped receiving multimedia messages. I hear the message
received tone and the GPRS icon appears, but nothing comes through. However,
the phone can send all types of messages, browse via GPRS etc.

Any ideas or is a firmware upgrade necessary?

Not impressed!

Have you checked that your phone is not running out of free memory? Low free
memory is the most common reason for MMS messages not coming through.

loads of space free, however a factory reset fixed it - fingers crossed!
