can i use my bluetooth dongle to send and receive data from laptop to phone?

using irda connectivity because my 7210 isnt bluetooth

only if both devices have bluetooth and then only if your phone supports
file transfer option...

to give you a case...i tried to send a message, picture and other stuff to a
Erriccson T68i bluetooth enabled from my Ngage....no success

T68i refused to accept the file no matter what i did...

If the phone ain't BlueTooth, then you'll have to use IrDA or a cable.
Apparently there is a Nokia BT add-on coming out soon.
