Generally I'm very happy with my 6600 but there are a few things that are
highly annoying, maybe someone has a tip how to get around these?
1. It seems impossible to change the default setting of visibility
(synchronisation) for meetings. The last item you set for a meeting
determines who can see it after a sync. Now, when you schedule a meeting in
the calendar it gets marked as private, unless you change it manually every
single time. I want all my appointments to be public, otherwise they are not
visible in the group calendar of Lotus Notes, and - BAM- something else gets
scheduled there. Is it really impossible to change the default on the phone
from private to public?
2. The Notes part (on the phone, not talking Lotus N. anymore). I want to
carry a bunch of txt files, perhaps 20 -30 in all, and there seems to be no
way to create a folder or submenu for those. Once you export a .txt file to
the phone and open it, you'll find it under the notes icon. I haven't found
a way to store "go-to" shortcuts to txt files that are not in the notes
folder either, the go-to icon works only for the notes folder. Any tips on
how to keep a gang of reference files sorted in folders or submenus? The
actual notes icon (or another one) I'd like to reserve for notes I make on
the phone, if I store my refernces in their own folder the notes list
becomes cluttered
3. Speaking about notes, back to Lotus Notes. Anyone found a way to sync the
notes on the phone with a database in Lotus Notes ?
All tips are gratefully accepted...

Check out QReader at www.qreader.com
Great little program for viewing variouse ebook formats and text files. You
can create folders to store them in and also it has a phone browser built
in.
Hope it helps,
