Nokia 6600 back-up problem

My Nokia (1 week old) will not back-up anymore with PC-Suite. Synchronise
and all the other functions work normally. When I try to backup the message
(Translated from Dutch) "no memory-card found" appears. In the Nokia I can
however switch files from C to E and also copy the phone memory on the
memorycard.
I would be glad id someone knows the solution for this problem.

i had the same problem with my N-gage...

just re-install PC Suite and all should be fine...well thats what happened
to me anyway ....

I already re-installed PC Suite, but perhaps I also need to delete another
file somewhere, because after re-installing PC Suite shows "last backup
date&time". After re-installing I still cannot see de E-drive.

You could DELETE the installed folder after uninstallation to make sure that there are no saved files. And then download a software called regcleaner, and remove the related registry keys. Now, do the installation and you'll be fine. There won't be any previous history.

I suddenly can backup again. My changes at the PC-side did not help. Today I
changed some settings in the installed programs on my Nokia, SmartAnswer and
Full Screen Caller, and now PCSuite can suddenly back-up again. I don't know
what I have done, but was nice surpriced that all functions now over
BleuTooth.
