Bluetooth or IR or pc card reader but the latter will mean keep taking the
case off your phone. I bought a USB Bluetooth dongle and the MA700 software
to link up my 6600. After u/g the software it works fine. I just
upload/download files without wires. Easy. You need software and the
Bluetooth usb dongle which transmits/receives data via radio waves. Quicker
    than IR.

How did you u/g the software? I presume you mean the 6600 software? Anyway
    to do this yourself manually?

Wow, posting from Mauritius (GMT+4) with your time zone set to GMT-8 and I
have a feeling your clock is probably telling the wrong time for you too.

Using infrared (or bluetooth), you can transfer files from and to the 6600
by using the PCSuite (is on the CD you got with the 6600). The instructions
are also on the Nokia CD.

If you can get PCSuite to work that is! I've never been able to get PCS to
recognise my 6600, no COM ports show up in mRouter (bar IR), and Nokia
Connection Manager tells me "Media Unsupported" when I click on BT in there.
This is all despite the fact My Bluetooth Places has no problem connecting
to my phone and no problem transferring files (to and from the phone). I
have to use a card reader to transfer files larger than the available phone
memory and it's a pain in the arse to keep taking the phone apart.

If you can get PCS working then I'm sure it's a very handy piece of kit, to
me however it's as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I also had problems and a whole night to get PCS at work. But PCS works now
good. I had a time that I could not back-up, but in that time the other
functions like filetransfere and synchronise worked perfectly. I guess (am
not sure) that downloading programms from the Internet who are not
compatible with the 6600 can give malfunctions.

I u/g the MA700 driver/software for the 6600 on my PC. PC Suite conflicts
with other BT software so you can only install one program. The COM ports
get muddled if you install more than one program.
