3620 Video Recorder problem

Just got a new Nokia 3620 today. After playing around with it for awhile, I
ran into a problem. Whenever I try to initialize the video recorder, it
always gives me the error message "Device not supported!"

However, I removed the MMC card and tried to use it, and the video recorder
worked. What's the deal here?

have you formatted the MMC card? This would enable the card to be recognized
within the phone.
