hi all,
my new 3660 show the crossed out "G" (the manual says: holdes
GPRS-connection) in the status line ago and ago.
but i think there is no open GPRS-connection - i didn't open one, there is
no option to close one in the menu, the protocol shows no connection and the
counter doesn't show more packets then before.
is this only a "display-problem" or is there really a connection (costs ?) ?
thanks for help !

Re: 3660
If theres a G with a line through it it means its trying to access GPRS and
it cant (due to various reasons) so you will not be charged. Goto service
settings and the settings that are activated are probably GPRS. If you dont
use WAP, edit the settings and change the connection from permanent to
temporary.
If you DO use wap, goto www.nokia.com (goto your local version of nokia if
you;re not in the US) and find the send wap/mms settings option. You can
send the right settings to your phone.
I hope that helps.

Re: 3660
