Right then I have owned a 6600 since they were basically available in the
UK, and even thought I think the unit itself is great there is one thing
which has driven me MAD since day one. Which is the pathetic PC Suite
software which comes with the phone. I have tried everything to get the
stupid phone to backup to my PC but it will not do it I get the age old :

"An unexpected error has occurred while backing up the data, please run the
    backup task again".

Which is crap as I can do everything else on PC Suite apart from backup the
phone which is the most important component, I think, on the software. Now
during my pre-rant days I have tried various fixes including but not limited
    to :

    1. Taken off and cleaned out the PC Suite.
    2. Taken off and cleaned out the bluetooth drivers.
    3. Shutdown the AV and Firewall software.
    4. Installed the bluetooth / PC suite is various different ways.
    5. Wiped my machine and reinstalled with the latest version of PC suite and
    bluetooth drivers.

All of which produce the error listed above, now I refuse to buy another
Bluetooth adaptor as I have a Belkin F8T001 USB adaptor which I have been
told should work fine, well previous posts here said that would be ok, and
judging by the number of posts which are of a similar nature on this forum
as well as AAS etc it is definitely an issue which Nokia should actually
    have a look at.

I dont mean to rant at you all but I just tried to post a comment to Nokia
on their support message board and got a Page Cannot be Displayed error
which did not help my mood any. Of course any suggestions would be greatly
appriciated but I have the feeling I will have been through them all before.

    Thanks for listening,

Macbeth ( close to murdering his phone )
