    Olá

    my phone is the 3100 and there is an empty menu called Applications,
    separated from the Java Games menu
    so I wonder what kind of applications is it for and where can i find some of
    them ?

    That's for non-game Java midlets. Such as ReqWireless's WebViewer
    which is what I use:
