In PC Suite(ver 6.2.16), what is the difference between backup (.nfb
file) and transfer contents of phone to PC (.nfc file)?

Which is ideal when u want to transfer data to a new upgraded Nokia
phone?

Can I use the Phone editor in Suite with only backup data(.nfb) or also
with transfered data(.nfc) - if so how?

I ask these questions becoz all my data is on a 8210 phone and I want to
transfer it to a 6230 phone but I am not having much success!
