missing file ser9pl.inf

i have a usb cable for a 7250 I am missing the following file SER9PL.INF
does anyone know where i can get a copy of this without having to subscribe
to web sites.

just want to download it nothing else, it's not on the cd and there is no
floppy, also running on win98

I had a similar problem when using my cable.
